 Our biggest wish as life coaches is to lift your depression and/or anxiety as quickly as possible. We won't have you relive past trauma since you cannot change what's in the past, and we believe reliving trauma does more harm than good by further embedding psychologically damaging experiences. Instead, we will focus on what can be done t

 Our biggest wish as life coaches is to lift your depression and/or anxiety as quickly as possible. We won't have you relive past trauma since you cannot change what's in the past, and we believe reliving trauma does more harm than good by further embedding psychologically damaging experiences. Instead, we will focus on what can be done to change your present emotional state and take positive steps to create the life you want. We'll consider many factors such as beliefs and values, lifestyle, medication, diet, exercise, career, emotional needs, and interpersonal relationships.
Research now tells us that depression and anxiety are not simply biological disorders. Although this is true in some cases, modern psychology tells us that humans have emotional needs which must be met in order for us to live successful and fulfilled lives. These emotional needs include such things as the need to feel secure, the need for intimacy, the need for meaning and purpose, and the need for achievement. This new understanding of the causes of depression and anxiety is massively empowering. When we identify which of your emotional needs aren't being met, we can find ways to get these needs met, then we can start to ease your symptoms and bring enjoyment of life back to you. 


Our Depression and Anxiety Programs are designed to:


1) Quickly reduce your levels of emotional arousal.

2) Quickly reduce negative introspection.

3) Teach you relaxation and mindfulness techniques.

4) Reintroduce your rational, problem solving abilities.

5) Ensure your diet, exercise and sleep schedule supports optimal mental health.

6) Provide an opportunity for you to understand your emotional needs and take steps to have these met.

7) Provide you with a sense of calmness, confidence, and ability to control your own thoughts.

8) Help you identify and make progress towards life goals which are congruent with your beliefs and values.


We will work with both your mind and body to bring about the rapid change you desire. We will develop an understanding of your chronotype to optimise your sleep patterns, lifestyle, diet and exercise, as well as use of NLP and hypnotherapy techniques to remove any limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.

However, our bodies were designed to respond in ‘fight or flight’ mode as a reaction to immediate physical dangers as a survival mechanism rather than as a reaction to the stresses of modern life, which are often either a slow gradual build up, or sustained over a long period of time.  Over the long term, raised levels of cortisol that result from the ongoing experience of stress can lead to weight gain, fatigue, raised blood pressure, insomnia, difficulty recovering from intense physical exercise and a supressed immune system. In addition, long term stress can lead to chronic fatigue and depression. It is hugely important to pay close attention to your stress levels and manage it as effectively as possible. 2020 has brought massive change to all of us, so my stress management program is designed to help you manage stress in such a way to protect your physical health, allow you to think clearly, make the right decisions, and preserve the quality of your inter-personal relationships.


Our Stress Management Programs are designed to:

This process is supplemented with NLP techniques and hypnosis to address any limiting beliefs and unresourceful behaviours which might otherwise act as barriers between you and your goals.
