My fears and phobias breakthrough session is designed to help you overcome the fear or phobia which may have been holding you back for years, in just 3 hours.
As your fear or phobia is a learned response pattern, we can replace that with a more helpful response, which allows you to live your life as you wish as if you never had the fear or phobia at all. We do this by creating change at a subconscious level since it is your subconscious mind that drives your phobic response pattern - you do not choose to have your phobia.
During this fears and phobias breakthrough session, I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Clinical Hypnotherapy to create subconscious change, beginning with changing the internal structures of how you perceive the phobia, dissociating you from the experience of the phobia to remove the anxiety response, and creating positive emotional responses to leave you confident in your ability to go forward to engage with what you once feared.
